The Big Smoke in France | The problem of smoking and its smuugling

France is different from the rest of the world in many ways. For good or for bad, the French people and their lifestyle is often discussed by other nations. But one not-so-good thing everybody talks about French people is their uncontrollably high volume of smoking.
